This is the default practice schedule, but changes frequently due to weather, AQI, etc.  

Updates to the schedule will always be sent via Remind, which is the most reliable method of staying up-to-date on schedule changes; check Coach emails for how to get the Remind app.  Coaches set the practice schedule -- the info provided here is a guideline, not official.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, arrive by 4:00 PM at the shell house (or IHS erg room). Saturday 7AM. The coaches generally aim for 2.5 hours of practice. Remember it will take time getting on the water and getting off. The goal is 90 minutes of actual water time. Land practices usually end at 6 pm.

HOW DO I GET TO THE SHELL HOUSE AFTER SCHOOL?
No school transportation will be provided and coaches cannot organize rides. Athletes need to coordinate carpools amongst themselves.
